Concept Design: We translate your brief into a clear creative direction, developing mood boards, preliminary layouts, material palettes, and reference imagery. This is where the atmosphere and identity of the project take shape. All concepts are presented for feedback and alignment before we proceed.
Detailed Design & Procurement: Once the concept is approved, we move into detailed design and specification. We produce full drawing packages, refine finishes and fixtures, and create custom joinery details. Simultaneously, we begin procurement — sourcing FF&E, bespoke pieces, and materials from our trusted network of suppliers. Every item is costed, scheduled, and approved with full transparency to maintain budget control.
Project Delivery & Build: Our in-house team and dedicated contractors take the design from paper to reality. We manage the entire on-site process, including coordination with trades, regular site meetings, progress reporting, and quality control. Our clients are kept informed but not burdened — we handle the complexity, resolve challenges, and ensure that timelines and finishes are upheld without compromise.
Handover & Aftercare: At completion, we oversee the final styling, testing, and snagging to ensure every detail meets our standards — and yours. We walk you through the space, provide a handover pack, and if required, introduce aftercare options for ongoing maintenance and management. Whether you plan to move in immediately, rent, or hold as an investment, we ensure your property is perfectly prepared for its next chapter.
